Promote cooperation and development between Australia and Thai Nguyen province

On November 05, at the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, a delegation of the Australian Embassy in Vietnam was led by Rebecca Bryant, envoy, deputy Head of the Australian Ambassador, had a working session with leaders of Thai Nguyen People's Committee.

Mr. Vu Hong Bac, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee and leaders of representatives of branches in the province welcomed and worked with the delegation.

A quick report on the socio-economic situation of Thai Nguyen province in 2018 and its cooperation, investment and development programs, government and non-governmental sources coming from Australia in recent years, Mr. Vu Hong Bac affirmed that there have been some achievements in the fields of training, scientific research, technology transfer has been well cooperated by Thai Nguyen University; Mining and processing minerals (Nui Phao) is also effective, in accordance with the law.

Recognizing the results of co-operation between Australia and Thai Nguyen, Mrs. Rebecca Bryant said: In the coming time, the Australian Government will have more programs to exhibit science and technology in new technologies in agricultural production, The Embassy wishes to connect Thai Nguyen province, especially farmers, to attend the event. In addition, the Embassy will continue to link human resource training programs that address international standards in public administration, public administration, and public services.
