The Samsung Foundation sponsors cardiac treatment for children in extremely difficult circumstances in Dai Tu

In the morning of July 22nd, Dam Tien Toan, 6 years old, and her mother, Nguyen Thi Bich Hai, 45 years old in Phuc Lam village, Tien Hoi commune, Dai Tu district, Thai Nguyen province were taken to Samsung Korea Hospital to begin the process of examining and treating heart disease.

The case of Toan is very special, born with a heart disease, resulting in development of stunted, often sick. My family situation was very difficult, my father had cancer so I lost him at age 3; Mother farming is economical. Ms. Hai knew the disease is life-threatening, but due to lack of money to cure so helpless.

Knowing the circumstances and illness of Toan, through the introduction of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Samsung Vietnam, Samsung Hospital - unit of Samsung Korea Corporation has decided to sponsor all expenses and take toan to treatment at the hospital

After examining, testing and letting Toan familiar with the climate and environment in the hospital, tomorrow, July 24, doctors of Samsung Hospital will endoscopy to diagnose and determine the method optimal treatment for grandchildren.
