Signing MOU on human resources for health in Japan

On March 29, Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy (Thai Nguyen University) and Work Support  Y Joint Stock Company (Japan) held a MOU signing ceremony of human resources training in Japan (Bachelor of Nursing).

Under the Memorandum of Understanding, Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy is responsible for enrollment, in collaboration with Work Support  Y Joint Stock Company to train the Bachelor of Nursing, on the basis of the students' aspirations. Work Support  Y Joint Stock Company is responsible for Japanese language training and specialized subjects in Japanese nursing at Faculty of Nursing, Medical University. In particular, Work Support Y Joint Stock Company ensures workplace after students receive National Certificate of Nursing Japan.

Work Support  Y Joint Stock Company is a Japanese enterprise specializing in training human resources in the health sector under the orders of the Japanese Government. After researching the system of medical and pharmaceutical universities in Vietnam, the Company has selected Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy as a partner to train and supply human resources for the Company. It is known that besides the addition of a number of specialized training programs suitable to the environment and working conditions in Japan, the Company will continue to provide hands-on training for Vietnamese nursing students after coming to Japan to get acquainted with modern equipment and new technology in nursing. This is a good opportunity for medical and pharmaceutical students to continue to improve their professionality and skills in international standards.

Time to start cooperation is in the academic year 2017-2018. Candidates are students who have enrolled the bachelor's degree program in the academic year 2017-2018.
