On the afternoon of October 30th, the Organization Board of the 3rd Tea Festival, Thai Nguyen - Vietnam 2015 held a meeting with the Reception and Logistics Subcommittee to review the preparation for the Tea Festival. Ms. Ma Thi Nguyet, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Chief Organizer of the Tea Festival Organization Board hosted the meeting.
In terms of the reception and logistics, basing on the number of guests, the subcommittee will make a detail plan and prepare for welcoming, arranging accommodation in order to ensure the quality of service for the domestic and international delegations. Building the alternates for healthcare, security; arranging the teams to guide and serve the delegations attending the Festival were assigned to the related units by the subcommittee.
At the meeting, Ms. Ma Thi Nguyet required the subcommittee to continue advising the Organization Board about participants, size, guest welcoming plans, the propaganda for Tea Festival; further promote the advertisement for the Festival through mass media, etc.
In the same-day morning, the Tea Festival’s Organization Board also inspected the preparation at Nui Coc Lake Convention Center and Tan Cuong Tea Cultural Space (Thai Nguyen City).
