On May 26th 2015, at the Office of the Thai Nguyen‘s PPC, the Department of Planning and Investment in collaboration with the Agency for Business Registration (ABR); the Department of Legislation, the Ministry of Planning and Investment held the Conference to introduce business registration online and disseminates of the Enterprise Law and the Investment Law 2014.
Attending the conference were Ms. Tran Thi Hong Minh, the Director General of the Agency for Business Registration, the Ministry of Planning and Investment; Mr. Nhu Van Tam, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; representatives of the concerned departments; People's Committee of dictrists, cities and enterprises in the province.
At the conference the participants were introduced the order and procedures for business registration online and the strengths of this registration form by the representative of the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Accordingly, since the day of April 15th, Business registration by online officially implemented on a national scale through National business registration system. Organizations and individuals should be allowed to choose businesses registration online to apply or registered directly in the Business Registration Office, with the same legal value. To register online business, organizations and individuals can use the signature by using the public’s number or business registration account. In the framework of the conference, the delegates were also diseminated the summary about the new regulations of the Enterprise Law 2014 and the Investment Law 2014 which was adopted by the National Assembly on November 26th 2014 and effected from the 1st of July 2015. This two of Laws are taking strong reform and marking a new milestone in the liberalization benchmark for business in our country.
