Announcement of planning Tay Pho Yen industrial park

On 1st March, at the People's Committee of Minh Duc Commune (Pho Yen District), the Management Board of Provincial Industrial Zones in collaboration with Pho Yen District People's Committee held a Conference of announcement of planning Tay Pho Yen industrial park in detail.

According to the detailed plan approved by the Provincial People's Committee, Tay Pho Yen industrial park with an area of ​​199.7 ha is located in Minh Duc Commune (Pho Yen). The north of this industrial park is adjacent to Provincial Road 261. The plan makes up a unified whole space with lots of industrial and public land combining with trees and appropriate technical infrastructure that shows the feature of the provincial concentrated industrial park, giving the priority to the development of high-tech industry, automobile assembly industry, mechanical engineering, electronics, green industry, etc. Water supply for the industrial park is planned to take from Cong river. Power supply for it is planned to take from line 110KV of Soc Son - Thai Nguyen.

 

Also at the conference, representatives adopted the Regulations of construction management in the industrial park, and suggested that appropriate authorities had early plan of compensation, resettlement with job solution for households in the planning area.
