Review of propaganda serving the International Tea Festival

On the morning of September 19th, at the head office of Thai Nguyen Provincial People’s Committee, the Propaganda Subcommittee which serves the First International Tea Festival – Thai Nguyen, Viet Nam 2011 had a review meeting on the propaganda of the Festival.

Ms. Ma Thi Nguyet, Member of the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Vice-chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Deputy Chief Organizer of the Board Organization of the Festival, presided over the meeting.

After the leaders’ reports of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Department of Information and Communications, the representatives raised and exchanged their opinions about difficulties of the propaganda and the most effective way to propagandize. Ms. Ma Thi Nguyet highly appreciated the efforts of the provincial information and propaganda agencies during last time, the coordination between the provincial information and propaganda agencies and the Central and regional ones nationwide. She requested the appropriate authorities to care about and coordinate closely in the internal and external propaganda in the coming time; attaching special importance to the check and supervision of the installation of advertising hoardings and posters on the roads, the projects like Thai Nguyen City’s urban planning, and the propaganda on bus routes, etc.

In this meeting, Ms. Ma Thi Nguyet reminded the relevant departments with the entrusted tasks to prove their strong points, be more self-motivated and creative, check, supervise and speed up the detailed work actively. Besides, it was necessary to enhance propaganda in order to heighten people’s awareness of the Festival’ goal and meaning, being ready in every act, such as communicating, propagandizing, broadcasting, etc.
