In order to serve the First International Tea Festival in Thai Nguyen in this November carefully, the Thai Nguyen Department of Foreign Affairs (DOFA) have made plan for implementing some training classes.
As scheduled, in September, the Department will open five training courses on reception of international guest , delegation of central ministries, departments and other provinces as well as international press. There will be about 300 trainees selected from Thai Nguyen University; junior colleges and vocational high schools; provincial departments, offices; reporters of the press, information communication agencies of Thai Nguyen Province.
Depending on each specific subject, there will be national and international experienced lecturers imparting for each section, the studying period will last from 2 to 5 days. The basic content of course will focused on the basic information in Thai Nguyen Province and Thai Nguyen’s People; overview information of the Festival; protocol and diplomatic works; communication skill, practice of social skill in real-cases; knowledge of protection works of domestic political security when getting in touch with international guests; some contents of managing the international press, etc.
