Recently, Thai Nguyen Construction Company has won the contract for building Bac Son road and a part of Minh Cau road (which crosses Bac Son road) as well as new residential area of Hoang Van Thu precinct.
The investment capital of the project is more than 400 billion VND, spending for ground clearing compensation and infrastructure construction. The total length of these two road and others which divide the new residential areas into subareas is 3 km, in which Bac Son road occupies 1.3 km. The total land of the project is more than 16 hectare, in which 7.3 hectare is for traffic infrastructure. According to an initial estimation, there will be more than 300 households affected by the project.
Currently, the ground clearing is being carried out: a Compensation Council has been established; 1.4 hectare of the project land is being turned into 9 resettlement areas, consisting of 165 plots, along with 300 contiguous plots for residential needs along Bac Son and Minh Cau road.
