At the Meeting on developing task of 2007 held by Thai Nguyen Industry on 12/3/2007, the proposed industrial production target of over 7000 billion VND, increased by 20% compared with 2006, attracted a lot of delegates’ attention.
According to the proposed target, the central industrial section needs to reach 3900 billion VND while local industrial section reaches 2700 billion VND and 450 billion VND for FDI section.
The delegates highly agreed on implementing proposed comprehensive measures: Provincial authorities need to pay more attention to business and investment environment, supplying concrete guidance and solving enterprises’ difficulties. State agencies, enterprises must take the initiative in speeding up the implementation of main projects, mobilizing and making effective use of investment capital sources, attaching special importance to exploiting capital from stock market, FDI, share capital. Enterprises must have production plans, preparing products in case of market fluctuation, strengthening the role of career associations in popularizing and defending their trademark.
